Employee intentionally made a banana split wrong. Strawberry, chocolate and pineapple toppings were all placed in the center on top each other. We refused it and employee threw it in the trash. Employee gave refund rather than simply making it the correct way. I explained the expectation is what is in the picture on the menu. I pointed to the menu behind her. The DQ was really messy and kinda nasty behind the counter.

Left very confused. After waiting for several minutes because the diary queen employees also cover the subway next door, we asked for a frosted animal cookie blizzard (that was covered on the posted signs inside and outside). Then asked for a dreamsicle cone, because the postage said "it's back!" She then said that neither of those were available and that only 3 things were able to be served. She's telling me this as I'm reading the signs behind the counter. Clearly it is not back at DQ and neither will I be.

Drove 10 miles to get dairy queen and discovered it was gone, but it still showed open on Google. Wasted gas and time for nothing
Anytime I stop at this Petro the only thing I go in here for is the Dairy Queen. Always got good food
They claim Ice cream machines are broken very limited hot food no signs stating this total waste of time don't bother stopping here.
Usually a good stop, but staff don't know how to make most of the ice cream treats or shakes.
