Went for the Minecraft premier, bad movie but not cause for the review. The seating that you purchase by the seat Letter and Number, was not at all adhered to. Upon informing a worker that one of my 4 member party's seats were occupied, the worker tried talking to the people. Everybody lies and nothing happened. We were refunded one seat's payment. Should've refunded 2 as the party members shared a seat. This place will deny you the service you pay for. You could not pay me to go back. Why pay by the seat, if you won't enforce the rule? Just sell a spot in the theater. Then it's first come, first served. It's dishonest, and quite frankly theft.

This theater is the best! Nothing beats comfortable reclining chairs! We stopped going to the Desert Star in Lake Delton and drive to Portage now from the Baraboo area. Several of our friends are doing the same. Reasonable pricing is a bonus too!

The picture quality is always crisp and vibrant (I've noticed that a lot of other theaters sometimes have slightly blurry image quality), the popcorn is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. My favorite movie theater...and I LOVE going to the theater.

Theaters are always clean and inviting, chairs are comfortable and recline. The staff is almost always friendly and the popcorn is amazing! The prices is what I love most, very adorable!
