Maybe I'm wrong but the point of ordering ahead of time (30-45 minutes) is so I don't have to wait in line and I can get in and out. Pizza was good. Old man at pickup made a comment about me being an Old Wives Tale as a gender ambiguous human. Someone tell him his testosterone looks low and to see a doctor before I gobble it all up <3 cannolis were stale.

Confusion while ordering.
The Bald guy who took our order not very friendly.
You lose customers that way.
Food was cool to the touch, ordered pizza that tasted like its been sitting awhile.
Spaghetti and meat balls were very dry, they need to put more sauce on them instead of letting them dry out by trying to keep them warm.
Prices are fair.
But not for what is being served.
