“We got there around 6:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. We were the only ones in the drive-thru and no one was inside. We ordered two coffees, two muffins and two grilled cheese sandwiches. We were traveling from prairie Wisconsin back home to Kentucky. After paying I was told to please pull around front and they would have our food and drinks out momentarily. I did and a young lady brought out the grilled cheese sandwiches only. I showed her my receipt and she apologized. She then went back in and got our coffee. I showed her the receipt again and ask her where the muffins were. She apologized again and went back inside to get our muffins. She gave her deepest apologies and threw in another muffin. I can't really complain too much. It really didn't set us back all that much time. I think with more training this could be avoided. Just my opinion. Dunkin' donuts has the best coffee if you ask me. It will not stop me from going to any dunkin' donuts including this one. About to do better next time guys.“
“In the last two times we order they were wrong. I ordered a MsCafe got regular coffee and not our order. (It was the car behind us)The other day we ordered a sauage egg biscuit and big breakfast. I Got sausage ,egg ,biscuit ,pancake syurp and butter No pancakes?..So I made my own sauage, egg, biscuit.“
“So we were in a small town just 15 minutes away from Prarie Du Chien and kept seeing ads for this place. Looking at their menu it appeared to be full of many choices of coffee, tea and other drinks. We decided to stop by on our way back home and were pleasantly surprised. They have a drive up window where you can order from the comfort of your vehicle. The wife and I both opted for the cold brew iced coffee. The lady who waited on us was very friendly and whipped up our drinks quickly. As we were paying for our drinks, she noticed that we had our dog in the back seat and offered us a pup cup. I that was really sweet of her and our fur baby really appreciated the cool treat on a warm day. By the way, the cold brew coffee we ordered with cream and sugar was perfect. Nice amount of cream and just enough sugar to give it that little sweetness. If you're in the mood for coffee hot or cold when you're in Prairie Du Chien Wisconsin, I would highly recommend you stop by Joe 2 Go and give them a try.“
