“On a road trip through the midwest, we ended up staying one night in town. We didn’t know much about the town, and it turns out this town goes to bed early. IN a town that closes up really early, We found the one restaurant that was still open past 6 pm.We chose Eddie’s as a result of necessity, luckily it turned out well.We ordered a chicken sandwich and a steak sandwich with peppers onions, mushrooms, and provolone. And a couple of beers.The food was very well presented - and portions were sizeable. The meals tasted really good. My steak sandwich was properly cooked and tender.The waitress was very friendly and attentive.The prices at this restaurant were very good.Considering it was the only place to choose in town, it probably would have also been the choice if there were other options.We are glad they were open.“
