Absolutely awful. Tried to order in app and would not take. Got to drive thru and ordered, 2 cars in front of us. One for their food and other sat there for at least 10 minutes before we said enough and back out of drive thru (mind you couldn’t do that if no one behind you due to their lovely set up, obviously for a reason)!!! Seriously what is so hard? It was 10pm and saw one person inside waiting as we did. Pretty sad given could be so much more
NOT SAFE TO EAT HERE. We came at 10am, and were the only customers. They’d only been open for an hour. It was clear it hadn’t been cleaned the night before. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting, like it hadn’t been cleaned for a week. The drink area had spilled food, sticky mess, the drain was full of something, trash and food all over the floors. AI drive thru : useless but funny
Lid not on pepperjack steak fries: diabolical
Best drive thru experience I’ve ever had, they got AI at the drive thru and my wife and I ended up laughing so hard we were crying because the AI could not figure out what was going on. All was great until we got 5 minutes down the road and my wife dug out her pepperjack steak fries (which did not have the lid on ) so we had to spend 45 minutes cleaning...read full review
