“We witnessed the staff being presented with a tough situation-an SUV full of people who took forever to order, then complained when their three huge bags of food didn’t come out fast enough for them. I have to commend the young people who were working today-I could see them working hard to get everything out in a timely manner. When our order came out, the young man at the window apologized for the delay (not necessary, it wasn’t his fault). I was very impressed with his poise and composure; it would have been easy to take the frustration out on the next customer, but he was friendly and polite. This is our DQ of choice, even though it’s not the closest for us. The food is always good, and the servers are an asset to the brand.“

“I stopped coming to this location for the occasional wkend bfast a while back due to really poor service, food seemed to be old and sitting under heat lamps for too long, but decided to get it another shot. The manager has since changed and what a world of difference he has been able to make. I have to shout jonas M. out for his ability along w his crew to turn around the service, the freshness of the food and friendly interactions! Will gladly come back without apprehension.“

“For an Applebee's chain restaurant, this one is a good location. The server was a bit slow (he was also the bartender and there was only the one other server when we came in), but he was friendly and kind and accommodating. What surprised me was the food. Last time I was in an Applebee's it was all a bit... Sterile tasting. This was actually tasty. The fiesta lime chicken was tender, not overcooked as I was expecting. The rice was flavorful and (thankfully) did not contain corn. The chicken parm fettuccine was fresh and flavorful. The drinks were my favorite. I had a watermelon lime rush, which is one of my favorite combinations of flavors, and it was so refreshing and lively and went perfect with the food.“
