“We witnessed the staff being presented with a tough situation-an SUV full of people who took forever to order, then complained when their three huge bags of food didn’t come out fast enough for them. I have to commend the young people who were working today-I could see them working hard to get everything out in a timely manner. When our order came out, the young man at the window apologized for the delay (not necessary, it wasn’t his fault). I was very impressed with his poise and composure; it would have been easy to take the frustration out on the next customer, but he was friendly and polite. This is our DQ of choice, even though it’s not the closest for us. The food is always good, and the servers are an asset to the brand.“

About 6 months or so later we tried again and it’s definitely better. Tonight there were several mistakes with my to go order and Theresa the manager went above and beyond to make things right.
