I went there yesterday and asked for extra ketchup with my meal. You forgot, no big deal. I went back and went inside to get ketchup. When I left. I was backing out and one of your workers started backing out after me. No big deal we were going the same direction. I pull back in my spot because she started screaming at me. That was uncalled for. Because of ghostbuster girl, I will not give you my business.
Coming home to Ellsworth from a long drive and checked online and the hours said that they were open till 10 pm. Parked in the lot at 9:15pm and found the doors locked and the girl mopping the floor just gave us a dirty look and turned away. All we wanted was some dilly bars but nope! Won’t stop there again!
We witnessed the staff being presented with a tough situation-an SUV full of people who took forever to order, then complained when their three huge bags of food didn’t come out fast enough for them. I have to commend the young people who were working today-I could see them working hard to get everything out in a timely manner.
