My husband ordered for pickup with a time of 4:20. When he got there he was told it would be another 10 minutes. He asked why since he requested pickup for 4:20. She told him it is always 5 or 10 minutes past pickup time. Since when? That has never happened before. We will order elsewhere from now on.
Date night- ordered 2 burgers, nachos and drinks.
Took over half an hour to get our burgers, and we had to ask about our nachos that we ordered as an appetizer. Then ask for a refill, no follow up between ordering and food coming to the table. When we did get our burgers and fries, our fries were cold. Took about 10 minutes to get new fries and 15 for the second round of drinks.
No one was in a hurry. This place could be great, if the staff actually cared about...

Didn’t get his name but male manager who was working tonight (10/4) was amazing! Kitchen was short so waits were a bit longer than usual but he did a great job of making sure everyone was satisfied and happy, he was great and my wings were so good and fresh.
