Barbecue was good. I had to burnt ends all six pieces of them for 18 bucks with two sides. Sides were nothing to speak of. I think I can make better mac and cheese out of the box.The green beans and bacons probably came out of a can. The barbecue was good but at 18 bucks. I don't think it was that good. Gibby's BBQ at George's Encore - Wow I have a love of BBQ and live music now this? Great food and the menu is varied enough to keep me trying new stuff. It's all good. Portions are on the wow side. I have nothing but praise for the service and its great for take out too. Brisket, pulled pork and chicken are fantastic. Homemade soups too.
