I had to order on the machine. Placed my order extra charge for 3 cups of cheese I wanted never got them. I paid almost 40 for what I got. won't go back.. it wasn't worth it at all. Sad to say it really was bad all around.. I also called to get the cups of cheese replaced, and no one answered the phone. If you're gonna charge extra for everything, make sure it is included
Im currently at the Taco Bell in Mt. Pleasant Wisconsin thats attached to the Mobil Gas Station. Every single time I come here this worker goes above and beyond with her service. Today the headset or speaker in the screen wasn't working so she was running out and writing on paper taking orders in the pouring rain for multiple people. She STILL had the biggest smile on her face and was so kind. Not one single complaint. Her name is Rebecca and she is a valuable team member....
This place has really turned around. The best management thus far. The food is absolutely the best. Great service. The new managers are absolutely amazing. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Great job guys
