Excellent coffee! It’s difficult to go back to commercial grade grocery store coffee when the bag is empty. The owner/roaster is very responsive and knowledgeable. The coffee subscription is helping me gain a greater appreciation for the varied flavor profiles that specialty coffees have to offer. Highly recommend.
I received several coffees as a Christmas gift, and they’re the best cups of coffee I’ve had. Even shipped to Florida, you can taste the freshness of each roast. I will absolutely get more in the future and recommend Coffee by Gillespie to all coffee lovers.
There are amazing number of coffee beans from around the world that are available and they're all either sent as beans or if you wish it will be ground based on how you plan to percolate them. Fresh coffee is so very different than what I normally get in a grocery store, and this particular roaster is the best that I have found.
