The staff here is great for the most part! they’re friendly, and they’re fast. The only problem I have with this location of Arby’s is that they sometimes have poor food, or their restaurant isn’t cleaned well. I went here today after a bad experience with Mcdonald’s and it was refreshing to have such friendly staff that was fast and did their jobs. Mcdonald’s in Reedsburg now just isn’t what it used to be…
Been here twice while visiting from out of state. First was through the drive through and it took 25 minutes to get our food.
Now we come in to eat and there was no one in drive through and only one guy before us. We ordered at 11:41 and didn’t get our food until 12:05. They were in no rush and literally made the food as we ordered it. So don’t expect FAST food but it will be fresh at least.

We stopped at Arby's for a quick supper after a day out shopping, IT WAS EXCELLENT!!! All of it! Clean! Quick service! Very attentive to what we wanted to order, and helped with explaining the different options, all in all those young adults did an excellent job! WOW! Definitely a place to stop again, the food was perfectly done, scrumptious!!! Will be telling everyone that is the place to get excellent food and great service!
