Called Dunkin at 8:15 or so for 6 dozen donuts, 50 count Munchkins and a cooler full of coffee for an impromptu work meeting and it was ready by 9:00! Incredible service when I arrived and over the top help to my vehicle! We will be coming to Dunkin on the regular from now on! Thank you Kevin, Danny and the Rhinelander staff!!
I had a sip refresher and I wasn't aware that it was different flavors and I ordered a mango peach strawberry pink dragon and Thaylen, the cashier told me that it was different flavors but said if I wanted he could make it all together. He was very friendly and professional. I also ordered a pumpkin donut which was very good. The drink was very good also. They have a relaxed dining setting with 2 leather chairs.
I’ve been in the area for 5 months training.. came here almost every single day. Not only is the staff friendly & inviting.. they are professional, polite, fast. Never got my order wrong. Always told me to have a good day & even started making convo with me because I came so often? best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been too. I travel a ton & no dunkin knows how to make my coffee the way Rhinelander does. Dunkin should be proud of the staff they have at this location....
