Jailhouse has been my number one go-to since 2004 when I'm in Rhinelander! Randy, the owner, is such a great guy and puts his heart and soul into making this a place where people can have a fun time and make memories. We've been to the Jailhouse a couple of times, and both times we were greeted by a friendly, attentive bartender. It seems to be a great casual hangout for locals, but we found them to be welcoming to newbies, also. Their daily specials consist of generous servings of good ol' comfort foods at a reasonable price. Nice place to have a beverage, eat, and enjoy the lake view.
the 4 of us stopped in late Saturday night on our way back to eagle river after leaving the fall ride in Tomahawk. We were desperately looking for some food, but thinking it was likely a long shot. The bar was clean and very inviting. Our bartender was welcoming and was more than happy to hand us the FULL menu and take our order. The food was fantastic!! I highly recommend stopping in, we will be back for sure the next time the great Northwoods comes a calling! Thank you again...
