We went this evening for their Fish Fry. I read the reviews and checked pictures and wanted to put this on my list to try. They had great reviews. Also want to try their breakfast. I had the Beer Battered Cod 2 piece with bake potatoes and clam chowder soup. Wow. It was all so delicious. This Fish is on my top list. Number one for beer battered cod. I’ve been to a lot of places and this is my favorite. The waitress was super friendly. Quick services, great atmosphere. Cozy. It was a little on the chilly side when we first came in. Then the heat came on and it was better. We went at 4:45pm so not a lot of people yet there. That’s why we went early. When we left it was packed. One thing I didn’t know when I went to pay is they don’t take debt or credit card. Cash and check only. They do have a ATM. I never carry cash and checks are pretty much absolute now days. Just make sure you bring cash. Prices are great. I highly recommend.

Very comparable to Lucy’s Lunchbox in Eagle River. Now we have another favorite go-tos for a big, delicious breakfast. My husband said the meat lovers omelette was the best we ever had. He took 1/2 home and he doesn’t do that often. I loved my biscuits and gravy too. The restaurant was so clean which was amazing being how busy they were. No wait though! The young server who just turned 17 was so professional and sweet. Order was perfect and she was so efficient! Can’t wait to come back soon.

Beautiful place with local-style design and friendly staff. I had steak and eggs for breakfast a delicious choice that kept me full for quite a while. Another day, I came for lunch and went with a steak sandwich and fries everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place. 👌🏾🤠

Id gibe this place 10 stars if I could! My husband had poached eggs and tbey wete perfection. I had a skillet. Both of us thought our waitress was the best too!
The place is cute and rustic. Hubby and I enjoyed our omelets. The service was on poin. We will return for lunch soon.

Sunday Breakfast! We stopped here on our way home from camping. We had decided to try a new location recommeded by our campground host instead of the closer option and we are really glad we did! This is the Mom and Pop breakfasts we both remember. Food seasoned well and prepared just as we asked. We tried one of the specials, which our only complaint was it was probably a bit heavy on the sausage (when was the last time you complained about that??), a ham and cheese omelette that was delicious, and the Benny Skillet which had crispy hashbrowns, perfectly prepared eggs, plentiful tasty ham, and a delicious Hollandaise. The atmosphere is charming and welcoming. The staff are absolutely AMAZING! They are all very friendly and attentive and it was BUSY while we were there. It is a smaller restaurant, so at busy times, there may be a wait. We got to sit down right away, but if you can't, it would still be worth it! We will be back!!!

We absolutely LOVE this diner. Whenever we come Up North we stop and eat breakfast. The ladies are so sweet and attentive. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS Never disappoints!!! There isn't anything wrong with a cash/check only service either .There is an ATM inside!!! Stop and enjoy the lovely company/ food . You will want to return. We will be back soon ! As my son and I were driving past Dee Dee's about a year ago, we saw the fish fry sign and decided to turn around try them out. In the last year, we've only missed one fish fry! Walking in is like coming home. Katie & Faith are THEE BEST waitresses! They always remember your drink and menu choices and deliver DELICIOUS food in record time! My son's favorite dessert is Dawn's delicious blueberry muffins. 😋 We love you ladies!
