Great menu, outstanding food and service with reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?

This is one of the only restaurants I give a straight 5 stars. Ribeye was outstanding and done to perfection. All the staff were so caring and very professional from the bar-back to the waitress. It was a VERY busy night but our group of 20 was always taken care of promptly. Finally I'll say the Chef is an ARTIST in the kitchen!

We overheard a lady in St. Germain talking about this place and decided to try it. Our waitress Margaret was outstanding. Being a smaller community, we were able to get immediate seating. The food and service were great. Will definitely go here again when we are camping in Minocqua, WI..

Spinach Artichoke Chicken Sandwich on Texas toast was very good. Husband had Broast Chicken w/ real mashed potatoes also very good.

Great food the prime rib was perfect Great flavor. Med. Rare was right on. Supers tender melts right in your mouth not your hand.lol and I'm not even going to get started on the blue cheese sauce highly recommend it. Beer was ice cold

Moondance is definitely not itself. We live across the street from the bar. We love Val (server) and were super happy to see that she was still there, although she was not our server this evening. The food was Ok, I ordered a 1/2 pound burger that definitely wasn't and I ordered bacon on it (would recommend Honey Bear for the 1/2 pound burger, AWESOME). When the food finally came out I was told they didn't do bacon on Friday.... LOL What???? Do you think this fact was relevant to my order, like maybe I would want something else based on this fact??? Nope, just said here ya go and placed it in front of me. We tried to order another glass of wine, the waitress never came back to the table until she brought the food I didn't order. Never got that glass of wine BTW.... terrible service. On top of that, when they brought the bill they charged me for the bacon they apparently don't do on Fridays (again WHAT????). Don't know that I will go back which is too bad, used to be one of our favorite places.

Love the Moondance. Friendly staff, delicious food and there is always some new treasure to find on the walls. The historical pictures and articles about Sugar Camp are very interesting.
