This store was out of Strawberry Acai which is my favorite drink but Kendall told me a whole new drink that she made which I believe it was something to do the passion tea lemonade and strawberry puree. It was so good and now my new favorite! She's also super sweet! You can definitely tell she loves and cares about her job and the people around her. She's like a little ball of sunshine. Shout out to CJ (I hope that's his name) at the Rice Lake Starbucks! This location seems to be going through employees and managers fairly quickly, I almost never see the same people twice. He is the only employee I have personally noticed consistently working and working hard for many months now, not to say there couldn't be more... Many times CJ is working circles around co-workers, sometimes performing multiple tasks, while they dilly dally or mill about doing nothing. ...read full review

it was triple stars and I ordered a mocha cookie crumble and a mint mocha. The girl didn’t scan my phone before she punched the order into the cash register and then head to turn around and tell me that she didn’t give me the triple stars. I think this is ridiculous and they are trainer employees better so they can take care of the public the way they are advertising. This is false advertisement in my book.
