I've spend up to 10 mins in drive-thru waiting , before they take my order!!! worst McDonald's between lacrosse and Madison. if you come on a Sunday night ... go somewhere else . I'm sitting here waiting now !!!! terrible service terrible times terrible staff
I ordered 2 big Mac meals- my total was $19.50 I used my mobile app for $3 off on order over $15. The Manager informed me that I was being charged over $4.50 in tax so the code could not be applied. He was very rude and refused to give me the corporate phone number after he told me that is who I would need to talk to.
