Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! I put an order in says that it’s going to be a half an hour, go up to the window three separate times after order was supposed to be ready, and continue to be told it will be ready in 10 minutes! Absolutely ridiculous will not be going back. Even the manager was ridiculous in what she had said. It’s not my fault that you have new employees, make your time match what you need. Our family has been a weekly customer for literally about 15 years so I have a wide perspective of comparison in my evaluation. I do believe they are attempting to correct the poor service but by doing everything "by the book" the result is poor food. The pasta bowls now come with the container barely half full.
