My family loves to eat here. It's a good fast food joint. The customer service could use a little help. Also my youngest brother is a manager there and he definitely runs a good a fast food crew. His management is by the best he's great with customer service and I always keep him updated when we go there for lunch or whatever we decide to eat. The breakfast is also delicious too, its by the best fast food breakfast in Berlin wi. Its worth checking out, the only downside...
Staff here were very friendly, had a smile, and told me to have a nice day. Never had such good customer service at a McDonald's. Food is hot and fresh. Very pleasant experience. :)
