Dined at location several times, never had a problem until tonight, was very disappointing. Fish was undercooked, roll was placed on lemon slices making it saturated and soggy with lemon juice. Very bad experience
Generally speaking the service at Culver’s is great but tonight I decided I wanted a sundae and would patronize the Culver’s in Rothschild needless to say I felt like I was a bother to the server in the drive up when I drove up to pay. I asked for covers for my order and she acted like I was putting her out and no thank you! Just not a good experience tonight.
We come here all the time, the food is delicious and the custard is the best
