The people and establishment were nice. My only down side was the food. Definitely not fresh, totally reheated from a previous cook. When I go somewhere for bbq I want it fresh cooked that day. The sides were mediocre and not hot. Same thing with the meat. Seasoning was pretty much non-existent. Pulled ham was the best. It’s a nice Wisconsin bar with a good menu, definitely not the best food but it’s good for the price. It’s a nice vibe, but more of a bar feeling not so much a restaurant. Will we be back..eh probably not, but we’re not complaining that we went.
We had our wedding catered by The Saucy Swine and the guests can't stop RAVING about the food!!!!! Matt was a pleasure to work with and was able to customize our menu to our needs. The service team was professional and so helpful at the actual wedding. I could not recommend The Saucy Swine catering more!!!
