We never received our food! Our delivery order fell off the app in our neighborhood, but we never received it. Called Wingstop, they informed us they had never received our order in the first place, even though we provided a confirmation number and our credit card had been charged. Rude and unhelpful. Offered no solutions other than to call Doordash. We did, and spoke to a gentleman who had just (I mean just) been contacted to pick up our order at Wingstop. Again. train employees to be better at handling customer service issues. missed items from an order and said they add them to our credit book. when placing a new order the next month and calling to mention the credit book I was rudely told my credit didn't exist and if it did it'd be to far past to redeem. so I pay for items I didn't get, get attitude from employee instead of just making it right and get hung up on twice in the process & no guaranteed refund. look for customer complaint...read full review
