“I ordered my food online but still messed up the order. The burger, onion rings, and soda were good. The chicken nuggets were old. They forgot my sauces had to back. I had to call out hello to get someone to come to the counter so I could get my sauces. The girl with pink hair working the counter was asking a co-worker if he liked working there complaining to the co-worker she didn't like working. And it showed her adatude and demeanor showed.“

“This store frequently has very slow service, even during off-peak times. Possibly short-staffed? Other fast food restaurants in this area seem to have same problem so not just Culver's. Food is always good quality and staff is nice. Just slower than normal for a Culver's. Waited for about 15 mins for a simple order from drive thru; single cheeseburger, fries and a drink; nothing out of the ordinary.“

“I am so proud of my cousin Heidi Stangas for working there since January 2025. I go there to get lunch there once a month now.I started going there in March and April when I am off of work. Heidi Stangas is a line cook there and enjoys working at R&R. Thank you R&R for giving her the chance to work there. I know she was so excited to see that you were hiring even a person has no experience in cooking. But you took the time out and taught her. No many restaurants would do that. Food is amazing, always piping hot. I highly recommend the gyros plate, with its over abundance of fresh meat. Soft warm pita beckons for the cool cucumber sauce. My mom’s #1 guilty pleasure.

“This is 2 or 3 times now in a row they've messed my order up in the drive thru. And it's a simple order of just a blizzard with 3 or 3 toppings. Not hard at all! They can't understand simple English let alone you can't understand what the worker is saying ether. Everything else is great as always!“

“Honestly, this is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I pick up a lot of orders for people at my place of work here, and every time the crew has been nothing short of amazing. They’re always very nice, apologetic when it takes awhile to fill an order (which is totally fine!), and the food is usually super fresh. No issues! Give everyone a raise, they deserve it!“
