“Food is good. Place is clean. The staff is very friendly but jeez cut the sandwich in half when the customer asks. 3 times already. I mean its a nice spot and I would have given a 5 across the board, but 3 times I asked for oil, and extra mayo with it cut in half and I hear the cashier tell the sandwich artist, but they must be like Van Gogh and have an ear cut off lol.“
“I love Jimmy Johns! Unfortunately they love to BLAST music at this location. Sometimes I just want to read or be with my own thoughts. I think I would even have a hard time listening to an audio book with headphones while eating here or talking with a friend. Can you guys just turn it down a tad? :)“
“This was the first time I had ordered from JJ. I had to feed a crew of movers, and they requested JJ. I tried to order on the app & the .Com site. Both are impossible to navigate. I ended up calling the order for 6 people in. I gave them a name for each sub. None of the subs ended up with the correct name. Also, no napkins were put into the box. That should be an automatic thing on takeout orders. Everyone enjoyed their sub once they each found theirs.“
