Jimmy John's in Milwaukee

“I order for delivery from JJ all the time. It always arrives quickly, made correctly, and tastes great. I always get their veggie sandwich; not because I am a vegetarian, but because they are the only place that makes a tasty veggie sub! Their service is fine for their other sandwiches, but other places make equally good ham, beef, or turkey sandwiches so they don't stand out. But their veggie sub? Delicious, and nobody else has anything like it.“

“I ordered a sandwich with a gift card but when I went to get it I didn’t see it. I checked on and off a few more times but after an hour I assumed it was either stolen or not delivered? I really couldn’t tell. I called the store and let them know and they just sent me another one which I am very happy about because that was my lunch and I’m broke broke. Highly appreciate them and I hope whoever stole my sandwich goes to hell for real.“

“The customer service was awesome I've been to several Jimmy John restaurants. This is the first Jimmy John's where I have seen all of the workers work as a team. No one was standing around talking and doing nothing .I know firsthand how difficult it is to have a good workers. A crew like this is once-in-a-lifetime. The dining area was clean, the workstations for cleaning as they were preparing the food and the bathrooms was clean. This Crew definitely deserves recognition.“

“I like going to this Jimmy John's because they have a drive-thru and are feaky fast. What I don't like about this place is they've gotten my order wrong the last two times. Each time they corrected it. I ranked this place four stars because the issue has been with the same individual and not the entire establishment.“

“when i dont want to leave the house? i get a slim giant italian! and a large rootbeer? i understand their load? at the most i waited 2 hours for the order too show up! i believe at the time my order would cost 16? so i give emh the twenty and call it even!“

“2021: Really conflicted right now. Ordered just over an hour ago and it just arrived, so definitely not freaky fast. That being said, when I called to get an update, the man on the phone was very nice and seemed swamped and when it arrived, everything was correct and they threw a bag of chips in. Was going to give them a 1 star rating until then. It's the little things sometimes...

2026: got my food in under 20 minutes! Driver was very nice and order was perfect.“
