Although the manager opened the door for me and started making me a sandwich anyway, him and his employee were great. Fast, polite and served a great Vito sandwich! Thank you guys for taking care of my breakfast and starting my day off right!“
“We ordered 6 sandwich’s and 6 sides for delivery. The order taker did a fabulous job taking the order. The sandwiches were delicious as always. Order was delivered within 15 minutes. My problem is the delivery fee! $12.45! This didn’t include the tip, its stated driver doesn’t get any portion of the delivery charge on the website. So it was close to $25 to have sandwiches delivered! We never thought to ask what the delivery charge was since delivery is usually $3-5. The ridiculous fee was never mentioned during the ordering process. Customers should be told of the fees. If we knew we would have definitely picked up!“
