“I visited the Crystal Lake Jimmy John’s on Monday, October 20th, 2025. This was my first time back to the Crystal Lake location in months but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it is highly recommended to order online, it is super quick. I also got the giant sandwich this time and it was super good! I had a great evening off work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so. The staff were friendly, respectful and good at their job. I am sure I will be back soon!
