Threatened by employee to refuse service due to filling up personal bottle, even when having paid for a large drink in a meal everytime. Did not appreciate being treated as a thief.

Came in to get my free toasted tuesday sandwich but for some reason my order didn’t go through/got lost, not sure! Dana was exceptional at helping me out, going out of her way to assist me. Great service!
