Food was ok, nothing special. We asked for two cups for water with our meals and were charged almost $3 per cup without being told beforehand we’d be charged. I complained after getting the receipt and was told by counter staff that they’re required to charge for all cups. All other restaurants of similar type will give you a small water cup so you can avoid this charge. Message from company to customer is clear: we don’t care about you.
That staff is awesome. Super professional and courteous. Back to back days over by the hospital and food is consistent. Give them a serious raise.
