Have done away with brown mustard!!! Not a good idea as you make the BEST tuna -fish sandwich!!! Bad bad idea!!!!
I have never been judged harder or treated so rudely by staff in my life.
This being only the second time I’ve ever placed an order with Panera & never online before, I placed our order online & went through the drive through right away knowing it would be about 10 minutes as my order confirmation said & I fully intended to just wait patiently for the order even if it took a little longer than that.

Terrible customer service have given it multiple tries it always takes so long and people are so rude and unfriendly!
Took 25 mins tonight to get a plain turkey and cheese sandwich, when the girl finally came out with it, i asked why it took 25 mins to make such a simple sandwich she then proceeded to throw the sandwich bag and receipt at my face. Didn’t get your name but you should be fired!
