This is a great place to have lunch or get ice cream. Old fashioned delicious malts and soda fountain items. Homemade desserts including whole pies. Thursday meatloaf special is my husband's favorite while I enjoy the crunchy chicken wrap. Delicious every time.
I remember when it was Jackson's Confectistionary's, and it's still a cool little place to eat, after all these years. They still have the weight scale, with it still telling a fortune, while you get weighed. My sister had an open faced turkey sandwich, and I had scalloped potatoes and ham. Both were delicious!
I have eaten banana cream pie at many different establishments over the years. It's my favorite. yesterday I had a piece at Water Street Market & Cafe and it was by far the best I've ever had!
