Door County Ice Cream Factory & Sandwich Shoppe

I will be honest this was kind of a strange experience. There are two lines, one for ice cream and one for food so you can't go to one spot to get both. Since we wanted a pizza and ice cream we had to make two purchases. Also it was unclear if the food was brought out or if you waited for it. Also it was not clear if you bussed your own table or not. Just was kind of confusing to a new customer.

The pizza was good, I really liked the sauce they used. The garlic sticks were made on a pizza crust and covered in garlic with a little cheese. They will keep vampires away that is for sure.

The ice cream was also good and the price was not terrible. I got to eat some of my wife's sundae which was good and creamy.

Overall I would stop here again the next time I am in the area.

Nice locally made ice cream with many flavors and a Door County Cherry vanilla.

Hot fudge Sunday was awesome and no more expensive t han any other place. Store was clean and the girls working were nice. They have sandwiches and pizza but we just had the ice cream.

Super friendly people and just a fun place to visit! I actually can't speak to the ice cream, but my family loves it!

What I wanted to rate is their pizza - it is outstanding! We've always gotten at least one every time we visit Door County and we've always loved it - they have the entire process dialed in and their crust can compete easily with many of specialty pizza restaurants I've visited - highly recommend!

The cherry ice cream was wonderful, staff was friendly and everything was so fresh!

Had a giant waffle cone with. Mix of pumpkin and mocha chip ice cream. Both very good.

We loved the sandwich, a Dagwood on a nice crusty wheat roll. We finished it off with a kids size scoop of homemade ice-cream. Delicious.

Excellent sandwiches! I had the King of Hill sandwich which was excellent. A lot of meat! Great fresh flavor. VERY reasonable prices especially compared to other sandwich shops in the main Sister Bay Area. I highly recommend and will definitely come back. We came back later in the day for the Icecream. EXCELLENT as well. Highly recommend the waffle cone.
