The restaurant, located behind the go cart track in Sister Bay, is tiny, with limited seating at tables and a very small bar, augmented by outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and well-versed in the menu, making it perfect for newcomers. The food is delicious, with perfect presentation, and the ramen broth is particularly noteworthy. Guests have enjoyed the crab rangoons, sushi, and ramen, often praising the crab rangoons and potstickers as a must-try. The loaded fries are flavorful, with pork belly cooked to perfection on top. Everything from the samurai bowl to the pork and chicken in a bowl is served hot and delightful. The atmosphere is exactly what one wants, and the staff is accommodating and super friendly. They have a quote by Anthony Bourdain on the wall. Reservations are recommended and require a credit card. Fat Belly has received great feedback for its amazing food and service, making it a place worth visiting.
