Fat Belly is a culinary gem worth experiencing. The restaurant offers delectable cuisine with impeccable service and an inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and well-versed in the menu, making it perfect for newcomers. The food is delicious, with perfect presentation, and the ramen broth is particularly noteworthy. The food was exquisite, the service was excellent and proficient, and the atmosphere was exactly what you want in a good spot. They have a quote by Anthony Bourdain on the wall. They got both sushi and ramen, as well as the crab rangoons and the cucumber salad. Everything was immaculate in both presentation, as well as flavor and execution. They tried one of their offerings of saki, and it was the best saki they have personally had. The ramen is in their top three ramens of all time. They do have limited seating both at the tables and at the bar, so it is advised making a reservation in advance. They had a sake flight, a sushi roll, pot stickers, a poke bowl, and the beef meal. Everything was wonderful. All good things to say about this restaurant. The food and service was amazing! They were amazing accommodating dietary restrictions. The siracha mayo was sooo good!
