The food was excellent and the service exceptional. We had the crab cakes, and they were perhaps the best I've ever had .London was our waitress & she was a delight. We would absolutely recommend this restaurant.
My boyfriend and I have come up the last three years to the area, and always come to Lure because we have amazing food and drinks every time, not to mention the service. This year? Exact opposite. When we were greeted at the door, we were made to feel as if we just ruined the whole evening by asking to sit at the bar instead of a table for our reservation (even though there were plenty of spots at the bar). Once at the bar, we were never greeted or spoken to, even to just say,...
Service was good and he was training and still went smooothly. Food came out way too quickly and was not up to what we have had there in the past. Fish fry was bland, boring and Parm crusted whitefish was smothered in sauce and had no taste. Halibut was good.
