Ok I wanna start by saying the sandwiches are delicious. A little over priced but delicious. So, I personally will most likely use like door dash or something if I want Jersey's because the customer service level is straight trash. Hubby & if visited for the first time a few weeks ago. There was a crew of at least 5 or 6 working. They were all standing around talking and not a single person greeted us as we walked in.
