“I've loved coming here since I was a child. I love the Italian cheese fries and pizzas. However, tonight I had the baked fish with French fries. The fish was lukewarm at best and the fries were cold and hard. Coleslaw was soggy and sour. First bad experience I've had here.“
“Respectfully if you're going to start charging for sauce cups you need to take better care and stop forgetting to put them in the bag. Just my own personal orders more than 50% of the time I have to go and ask for a missing sauce cup. I have literally worked at a Culver's for over a year so I understand it can get busy but that still is no excuse for not giving me what I pay for. I have to check every order before leaving and as mentioned more than half of the time I have to go park my car and go inside and if there's a line wait to get what's missing. looking at the ticket on the bag the included cups are red font but the charged cups are black font. This should be fixed in your POS imo, but this was not as big of a problem until you started charging for sauce which is ironic the moment I start having to pay for it is the moment I start not receiving it. Eating out is not cheap and I ask you take a little more care in ensuring I receive what I pay for. The quality is always incredible otherwise.“
“It is Friday night and you are so busy at your restaurant. We ordered and waited a bit, but the wait was worth it. Kuddos to all the employees that showed up and worked. Our food was great and the service was great. We had a group of 8. We love this bar/restaurant. “While traveling, my wife and I were looking for a nice local place to eat breakfast. Located at the end of a strip mall and marked by a simple sign, Franny's Family Restaurant isn't a lot to look at from the outside. I'm happy to report, however, that there is a lot more than meets the eye. The inside had a relaxed and positive vibe, and we could immediately see that the restaurant was filled with happy regulars. Our server was friendly and prompt, and the portions were big and delicious. Our experience was fantastic, and if we are ever driving this way again, we will be back!“
“The coffee here is amazing- in 2020, when everyone was out buying toilet paper, I picked up extra bags of coffee, you can substitute everything else in life. The blends are varied and if you don't like one, the next might light up your world.But coffee aside: the staff and owners care about their jobs and the community as a whole. I once was bummed that I hadn't seen a blend I really wanted to purchase- they made arrangements to get me a few bags. I have never had an issue with them remaking a drink in all of the 2 times they made a mistake. They don't judge me and will always smile even if I'm clearly being an idiot. They also decorate with community artwork that is meant to be purchased. All in all, you can't find better coffee, better atmosphere or better people anywhere else.“
“Good place to stop for good quality food with the understanding this is a burger pub menu. They have a nice outdoor seating area during the warmer months. Most of their usual seating is segregated from the bar area which itself isn't overly rowdy or offensive.Vegetarian options: They do have some vegetarian options on the menu but this is a pub food atmosphere. The food is great but the emphasis is not on vegetarian entrees.Parking: Parking is just fine and adequate. The lot is located close to a very busy highway so be careful stopping and leaving.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly in the sense that this is a pub atmosphere where families are obviously welcome. It's definitely NOT some rough and tumble drinking establishment where you'd have to be wary of taking children.“
