A few years ago I was at an international food court in Little Rock, Arkansas during a conference. I kept thinking man they should do something like that in Stevens Point! We got enough people with unique tastes that should go. Behold... The CPS Cafe ? there is no such thing as the usual there, but there is always always unique and really good food! The chef spent. I don't know how many years in Africa and other places perfecting his menus, and the staff and the whole history...
