Really solid pho broth, but the star of the show is the beef rib in the combo pho. The other meats in the bowl were plentiful and delicious. The spring rolls were also solid, but I could have used more peanut sauce with it. The chili sauce didn’t have the complex flavors I was looking for, but it gets the job done. Service was fast and super friendly. They have a ton of tables, so you shouldn’t have a problem getting a table if it is busy. They are closed Mondays and Tuesday...
Food is great!
We ordered the Beef Belly Fries, and those were great and satisfied 4 people as a starter. I had the Beef Belly Pho, which was also great.
We did order an additional protein in the pho that was forgotten, but we did get some quickly after asking.
I would really recommend giving Pho Ever 21 a try, even if you haven't tried pho before!

Under new ownership and better than ever! This is the best pho, and egg rolls around. We also had the grilled pork with rice and it was delicious. The service is top notch, very attentive, and we got to meet the new owner! The space is huge - probably could be great for a party. Definitely recommend trying this place out, especially with the new owner!
