When I came to this location in person, my experience was totally fine. I just ordered via Uber eats and was sent spicy queso instead of regular for both meals (I can’t eat spicy because of my reflux, so it’s really disappointing). And our soup arrived with a piece of the bag in it… not great :/

This Qdoba can really be hit or miss depending on how you order. In my personal experience it's best if you actually go inside and order vs. drive thru or using a delivery service. The staff seem kind enough despite seeming short staffed. They are usually really quick with inside orders and the drive thru seems to take about 5-10 minutes longer at least.

The food and service is good. However, I dislike going to the pay and I'm told that there will be a gratuity on the screen and then stand there feeling awkward if I don't tip. I gave 10%, but reluctant to go back anytime soon because of this.
