Wife and I stopped in today for the first time In a year .walked up to counter nobody came we than realized we had to order at a screen by entrance .So we navigated through it for five minutes had to use a card even though I wanted to use cash.Waited forever for food on a filthy table we wiped off with cheese all over the floor .Ate and it was pretty tasty but all the while we were there not one table was cleaned off.not to impressed .

I was told I had to use the kiosk to order in the building and I immediately reacted with I will be going someplace else. At that moment an employee stepped up and volunteered to show me how to use the kiosk and I was grateful for him to step forward. I shook the man's hand and appreciated him giving me the demo of how to order what I like from Taco Bell. Now I might be even more interested in using a kiosk moving forward

Unfamiliar with ordering yourself, no one around, 4 employees in the back and took forever to get our food. Lobby could definitely use a cleaning, you could smell it when you walked in, kitchen wasn't in the greatest shape either
