When I got it the lady working was super helpful. She offered to help me with the items I had in my hands but I had it under control. Forgot to ring the bell but I had great service. :)“

“I placed a delivery order around 11 am today and learned that sometimes JJ has to go through a 3rd party delivery service. After about an hour it still showed that the food was waiting to be picked up, so I called the store. The employee who answered was very nice, and said they just remade my sandwich due to the 3rd party taking so long, and had already refunded my order. I'm about 5 minutes away and offered to just come pick up the sandwich. Not only was their new toasted sub still warm, they even gave me an additional free sandwich coupon. I'll likely stick to pick up only in the future since I'm not a huge fan of DD/UE.“
