Usually love it. One star off today because...someone needs to review how to make the refreshers? I've had the butterfly one numerous times, and loved it. Not today. Whoever made it packed the cup with ice, barely any liquid, and then mixed it, so the boba were all stuck up in the ice and impossible to get at, mainly because there was way too much ice. Boo.
Enjoyed a nice break with my daughter while my grandson was at Strength and Conditioning. Great use of an hour! As usual, my chocolate croissant and Mocha were delicious. Staff was kind and helped me use a gift card and my app without making me feel old and non-techy.
