Dan's Kitchen in Green Bay is a gem. My husband heard of them through work and brought food home. Their crab rangoon is fantastic, my all time favorite. They have a limited menu. My husband gets the chicken fried rice and sweet chicken. I am not a fan of the sweet chicken, but hubby loves it. I get Tum Yum Kung and make ramen noodles and add them to it as I don't like it with rice & it is soup-like. I also ask them to make it with medium heat. Absolutely delicious....
I shop at a couple of the Asian grocery stores nearby, so when I went to get a few things, I was pleased there was a new SE Asian restaurant. Fast forward a month or two, and I finally got to try it. I got the fresh spring rolls, which I feel should be so simple, yet, so many places make them with no flavor. These are excellent. Mint, shrimp, noodles, fresh and crunchy with a delicious sauce.
