Nice little dive bar. Half is a bar and half is sit down eating. I absolutely loved all the taxidermy decor! There was no wait time to sit, service was quick and friendly, and wait time for food was not very long. My husband and I both got a prime rib sandwich which was absolutely delicious but huge! If you aren't starving or normally don't eat a lot, split one with someone. The onion rings are gigantic and yummy and cheese curds were good too. Very much recommend!
We used to get the prime rib sandwich here, but the last time we got it, it was tough and not at all like what we had previously. So last time we ate here we were gun shy on the prime rib and got a hamburger. It wasn't bad, but you could tell it was a frozen patty. I'm not big on the animal heads on the wall, but some people might like that and I suppose it goes with the castle vibe!
Very good steak, burger, and fries. Nice staff and good food, fair price for the food you got. The steak was tender and the fat melted in your mouth. Good food, atmosphere, and staff. Will be coming back next time I am near.
