Staff was extremely friendly but a little uncertain about the vegan options. Avo sourdough toast was delicious and the oat milk latte was perfect. Nice, mellow vibe. Closes at noon on Sundays in the fall.
This was my coffee shop. I was able to get a glorious cup of mud and throw some cream in it. Basic and easy, just like I like it. I also had a blueberry muffin, that was good, no regrets there but damn it was some good coffee. Was able to get that perfect mix of bitter and sweet, creamy and hot. I’m into it.
In addition to the coffee and tea variations, other fruit concoctions are available, and quite good. What brought us back (3 times in all) was the quality of the baked goods and quiche - I have spent good money in very upscale places for quiche not as good as this, and it is surprisingly inexpensive. It is a small place, with 2 tables on the street, several in front, and a back courtyard for those who would like less noise. This place is justifiably popular during peak tourist...
