I was painfully disappointed in the quality of food and service. The omelet had no flavor and the hash browns were burnt. I have never had an omelette that swam in it's own juices before. When I told my server that I didn't like the omelette, she became very defensive and rude. She also stated that the problem lies with me and not the food. I'm sorry but I'm the one eating and paying for the food so therefore I should be satisfied with it. In addition no one checked on us or offered a second cup of coffee. The only time we saw her was when she presented us with the bill. It wasn't even busy. She was very unprofessional and I will never frequent there again. I will also tell everyone I know about how subpar the food and service was. If I could I would give them minus stars.

Horrible place to eat. I would never recommend it! The food was mediocre and the service with pitiful. We were checked on at the end which is absurd. We ordered an omelette that was overpowered with spinach and liquid. We asked for it to be discounted and the server gave an excuse as to why they wouldn't. The hash browns were over cooked and super crispy. The chilaquiles were bland and the beans were liquid and flavorless. We weren't asked how the food was or served more coffee. The server had an attitude and excuse for the horrible meal. I would give the whole place a zero star rating. Never coming back. Don't waste your money or time.

Absolutely delicious huevos rancheros with a side of chorizo. She got french toast with eggs.

Excellent food and service. When we arrived, there were about 4 tables occupied and by the time we left, the parking lot was packed. I definitely recommend this place!

I hate leaving these reviews but Me and boyfriend were excited to try this spot for our first time. He got French toast and I got the american skillet. We got our food in a timely manner and I started eating mine and noticed there was long black hair tangled up in my scrambled eggs. I took it up to the counter and politely said I can’t eat this there’s hair in it and they apologized. I waited 40 minutes and the guy asked if we wanted our bill and we said we’re still waiting for my remake and he goes oh I didn’t know you wanted it remade. I was like well yeah im hungry please. He apologized again and when I got my food this taller kid kind of just was annoyed with me when he gave me my food.which was weird because I was being very calm and kind the entire time because I usually like to be understanding as much as possible in these situations. We go up to pay and they wanted us to pay for the food that had hair in it. We were gonna happily pay for the French toast and beverages. I asked can I please speak to a manger and he said it’s okay I’ll take it off and this is not our server by the way. Then I look to the right and that taller kid is looking at me shaking his head at me. I was shocked and just couldn’t believe how terrible the service was.

I love Sunrise Food & Drinks! It needs a sign that says Mexican Food though! "Sunrise" doesn't get that across. Their Mexican food is incredible. Everything is great, but wow, what a treat to get a super Mexican breakfast in Sturgeon Bay.💛

This was our first breakfast/lunch venue we made it to this past visit to Door County last month and I must say we rather enjoyed it.

Not sure if this is the choice for tourists being it's located on the north side of town away from the bay area but I love supporting local especially a business that thrives during the winter.

Very good American-Mexican fare at reasonable prices despite everything everywhere going up in price, clean dining room and the owners are down-to-earth friendly people.

Our server/hostess/owner was super friendly and spoke with my wife (who's Honduran) in Spanish explaining a little bit of background about themselves and how long they've been in business.

I enjoy good ol' home cooking and it's venues like this that I strive to support. We came back the next day to try their homemade Tres Leches cake which was to-die-for.

The next time visiting Door County, will definitely be dining in here again and hope for continued success & prosperity for the owners.

Vegetarian options: We both had the vegetable quesadillas. Really nicely done. Our kids had French toast and various burritos on the menu. All were very happy with their choices.

This is a simple but clean and welcoming restaurant. Lovely servers. It's is apparent in the preparation and presentation of the food that the chef takes great care in the making of each dish. Highly recommend.

We stopped here for lunch during a weekend trip to Door County. We wanted somewhere quick that wasn’t fast food, and this was the place! We went at an off time. so we were one of two groups there. We didn’t wait long for our food, and everything was delicious! I had the bacon wrap, which was amazing and very filling. I liked the fruit on the side! My husband enjoyed his ranchero omelet, which came with hash browns and toast. It looked like a lot of food! We didn’t see a kids menu for my daughter, but we got her the French toast. It was delicious, and she loved it. It was too much for her, but we were very happy to help her finish it. Yummy!! We will remember this place next time we vacation in Door County.

Very tasty breakfast! Eggs were very delicious and fresh, pancakes were fluffy and not dry and perfect consistency! We each ordered different dish and each of us agreed that it was very delicious. We came to have an ordinary breakfast and left feeling that we found a local jam! Thank you!
