Cassandra, I believe this is the GM’s name is an Angry and unprofessional Karen! We asked for a meal that was on the menu and she yelled.. WE DONT HAVE THAT ANYMORE! Even though it was on the menu! There were 3 cars in front of me! And still I sat waiting for someone to take my order for 19 minutes!
I lost my appetite but couldn’t get past, due to a narrow pathway to exit so I waited another 20 minutes until the other cars went through. When I got to the window I asked the girl for corporate’s phone number and she looked LOST and said, “what’s that?” What’s that?!?! Wooooowwwww

I generally like the food. I had nuggets that were sooooo dry I almost choked on them. So glad I got the sauce to help with that. Son got fish sandwich that was like rubber. Diet Coke, awful!
