Great sevrvice!! The employee named merdith helped me so much! She walked me through what I wanted to order when I don't go to Starbucks that much. I didn't know what I wanted. I really appreciate that. And the drink was amazing. Good all around service
Arriving at 6:15am on a Tuesday, this was my workspace for much of the day. I would have preferred #LocalCoffee this morning but no one else in the Racine area was open this early. A bummer. Not quiet but good enough today and thank you to Microsoft Teams and my Plantronics (now Poly) earbud for noise cancelling such that I could have my work calls and no one could tell I'm in a Starbucks. Great location and staff but was very disappointed in that they closed the lobby early without any prior announcement. I went in yesterday 03/17 at 6pm so drove about 15 minutes as they are advertised to be open until 8pm. The staff decided to close down the lobby at 6:30 and they let me know 5 minutes before they closed. Around 6:15 they placed a sign on the entrance door
